We use our PC’s to access the majority of everything we do, including paying bills, keeping track of accounts, communicating, keeping up with world news, education, business, and for pretty much anything that you can think of.  With this being said, it is important for us to keep our computers safe as well as the personal information that we use and store on these devices.  Antivirus software is one of the ways that we can keep our PC’s safe and free of viruses and keep our personal information private.

Antivirus software is able to scan for viruses and spot apprehensive behavior that may be capable of harming the computer or any program that it uses.  Besides being able to protect against viruses, this software is also used to battle other threats that may be detrimental to your PC.
