Cavalier’s Calling Features

Cavalier offers a variety of calling features with its Voice packages.  Many of these calling features are made available to customers at no cost and are actually elements that people want and need.  Some of these handy features are call waiting, caller ID, call blocking, voice mail, last call connect, remote call-forwarding, MyCavTel, anonymous call rejection, call forwarding, speed dialing, three-way calling, and repeat dialing.

Cavalier’s call blocking feature lets you choose up to six phone numbers that are in your calling area to be blocked from being able to get in touch with you.  This feature also allows you to black the last incoming number, even if the number is unknown.  The caller whom you block will reach a pre-recorded message that says that you are not accepting phone calls at this time.

Cavalier’s voice mail feature will answer calls while you are sending a fax, on another call, on the Internet, and of course, while you are away.  The feature also lets you listen to messages from other locations besides where your service is installed.

Cavalier’s MyCavTel feature is a way to access your statements, make payments, request account changes, and add to your service, all online, twenty-four hours a day.

Having convenient, sought after features makes Cavalier’s Voice packages worthwhile.

Cavalier’s Contract with the CSB

Cavalier Sales Agent proudly announced on April 2nd that it is now under contract to provide service to the U.S. Chemical Safety Hazard Review Board (CSB).  CSB, whose center of operations is located in Washington, DC, works with safety regulation companies and government agencies, including the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

The U.S. Chemical Safety Hazard Review Board, an independent federal agency, works to investigate industrial chemical accidents.  They have signed a five year contract with Cavalier who will provide them with progressive Voice and Internet services.  The products supplied to CSB will provide them with services to sustain their analytical and executive efforts.

Cavalier prides itself in being able to serve an increasing list of government outfits.

Cavalier’s Education Solutions
