Cavalier knows how to turn business communications from a necessity into a competitive edge. Cavalier’s Technology Advantage
Program (TAP) will help you acquire new equipment to enhance our products and services. Begin by choosing the equipment that
will most benefit your business, then pair it with Cavalier’s advanced voice, data, networking and security solutions to match
your business needs. TAP enables you to purchase up to $2,000 of approved equipment and then receive reimbursement in the
form of a credit on your Cavalier invoice.

How the program works:

1. Upgrade to Cavalier
   Become a new Cavalier business customer spending at least $250 per month on services with
   a minimum 3-year agreement. Complete the Cavalier TAP agreement at signup.
2. Purchase Equipment
   Purchase qualifying equipment from Cavalier Sales Agent.
3. Reimbursement from Cavalier
   Fax the qualifying equipment purchase receipt to Cavalier within 180 days of the signed agreement.
   Cavalier provides reimbursement in the form of a credit applied to your Cavalier account.

Eligible Customer Equipment

• PBX/Key system equipment
• T1/PRI cards
• Phones, voicemail, paging equipment, headsets
• Surveillance systems
• Routers (wired and WiFi)
• Switches, firewalls (UTM appliances)
• Transaction processing systems (point of sale)
• Credit card systems

Reimbursement Credit

• Customers billing less than $1,000 in monthly recurring charges are eligible for up to $1,000 in TAP credits.*
• Customers billing more than $1,000 in monthly recurring charges are eligible for up to $2,000 in TAP credits.*
• Applied to the first full month invoice after customer successfully applies for reimbursement.
• Customer must submit entire reimbursement request in one submission within 180 days of signed agreement by fax

Customer Requirements

• Minimum 3-year agreement
• New commercial customers only
• Minimum of $250 per month in Cavalier services
• Approved Cavalier TAP Agreement

*Taxes, fees, surcharges and toll usage do not qualify toward the TAP credit.
